GPS The Movie

A film studio in Washington State has put a thrilling spin on GPS treasure hunts. For the first time in feature film history, the GPS device that fueled an underground hobby has morphed into a movie that is sure to be a crowd favorite and one that might make hunt enthusiasts think twice before leaving on one of these adventures. Based on true events, the story is set amidst some of the most stunning and frightening locations in Washington State.

GPS the Movie tells the story of a pair of scavenger hunt enthusiasts who embark upon a camping trip with a group of old friends, following the trail of a mysterious invitation with hopes of finding fortune. When the trail leads them to photographs of a masked woman tied to a chair along with a new set of coordinates, their search takes a frightening turn.

The mountains and forests that give western Washington its reputation for natural beauty contrast with the infamous Green River, which served for decades as a horrific dumping ground for the notorious serial killer.
