Each of the models – Zeus, Valar and Ulmo – have been designed to satisfy the needs of specific groups of consumer.
“In 2010 we saw the coming of age of the tablet PC, and in order to meet consumers’ demands, MiTAC are adding four models for the ODM market. Each of these models addresses a specific audience need to include features such as waterproofing, ruggedizing, high definition video playback, stylish appearance and integrated GPS receivers.” said Billy Ho, President of MiTAC.

Valar 7 and Valar 10 – Enhanced multimedia tablets
Built on Android 2.3, MiTAC have optimized the Valar media tablet for the enjoyment of video files. Both the 7” and 10” versions support 1080p HD video playback and HDMI output to display content on larger HD screens, together with stereo speakers this is the best tablet for watching movies. As with all of MiTAC’s tablets this device also comes with a highly sensitive GPS receiver to provide accurate GPS positioning for great LBS (Location Base Services), such as Google Maps or other turn-by-turn navigation systems.Ulmo – Waterproof tablet multimedia tablet
The 7” Ulmo has been designed to meet the waterproof standards of IPX7 whilst also being drop resistant. With its fashionable and durable design, the Ulmo keeps the high performance media tablet in a housing which is great for outdoor activities.
